Project introduction

The pollution sources in remon workshop mainly come from two parts: 1. Grinding workshop, dust generated during grinding; 2. 2. Paint mist produced when painting handicrafts in the paint shop. On the basis of identifying and analyzing the pollution sources, we adopt different dust removal measures to absorb and treat the dust and paint mist on the spot, so as to prevent the dust and paint mist from spreading to the whole workshop and affecting the operating environment.

Two sets of cabinet type gravity vacuum hoods shall be installed in the grinding workshop. Install a mist hood in the craft paint shop. Install 1 cyclone spray tower and 1 set of adsorption tower on the roof. After treatment, the exhaust gas is discharged to the standard.

Dust removal program description

M /h, installed outside the grinding workshop. Install a fog hood in the arts and crafts painting workshop, length: 80000mm, width: 3000mm, height: 3500mm. Install 1 cyclone spray tower and 1 set of adsorption tower on the roof.
