Ocean (zhangzhou) leather industry requirements for the fur fur and water plant workshop, produced odor odor exhaust gas treatment, the waste gas treatment mainly includes volatile sulfur compounds, aldehydes and ketones, ammonia and amine substances. Because odorous gas is volatile, diffused easily, pungent odour is big, the respiratory system that may produce adverse effect to the person, digestive system, endocrine system, nervous system and spirit.

Because the gas hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas inlet concentration is low, air volume is bigger (the total amount of waste gas is 30000 m after/h), in consideration of project investment, cost performance, emission concentration and equipment operation and management cost and so on various factors and the requirements of the eia report, this technology USES three sets of spray cleaning device, namely acid type spray tower + + sodium hypochlorite alkali type spray tower spray tower, treated sewage directly into the sewage tank.

A WKF (T) type packing waste gas purification tower is installed, which has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, simple operation and management, low operating cost and corrosion resistance. It can remove water soluble acid gases including hydrogen chloride (HCL), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH3), sulfuric acid fog (H2SO4), chromium acid fog (CRO3), cyanohydrogen acid gas (HCN), hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S), formalin (HCHO), etc. The exhaust gas is introduced into the packed column by the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and the absorption liquid have full contact, absorption, and neutralization reaction, and then dehydrate into the atmosphere through the defogging layer.

After the absorption fluid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower, it is sprayed on the top of the tower and finally returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid fog exhaust meets the emission requirements.

When the PH value of the absorption solution reaches a certain value (about 8 ~ 10), supplement or replace the absorption solution, and return the waste solution to the process line for recycling.
